Hundred Days at school

We counted hundred bottle caps with Annick to write the number 100,

Can you show hundred fingers? Ten groups of ten make a hundred..So here we have ten children showing us 100 fingers.

We counted animal counters, unifix cubes, bottle caps and coloured loop shaped fruity cereals and put them in groups of ten.

Hundred is big number and we are still learning to count and group and understand how many make a hundred.

We have fun counting and grouping and playing number games. The concept of 100 is not easy for some of us and it takes a lot of practice to learn numbers to 100.
We are always eager to play with numebrs. It is indeed a fun way to learn when yummy cheerios can be had for a snack afterwards !!!
