Our new unit of inquiry is all about food , From Farm to Table. Where does our food come from? How is food processed and prepared and cooked before it is put on our table? How can we make healthy choices of food? What is a balanced meal? We would have opportunity to investigate, cook and taste different foods.
We made 25 glasses of fresh carrot juice using 5 Kg of carrots.
We washed and peeled the carrots and then put them in a Juicer. Then it was time to enjoy the fresh carrot juice with our friends.
